What is NAD+?

NAD+ stands for Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide. This is a molecule found in all living cells. It is as important as food, water and oxygen. In order to produce ATP (adenosine triphosphate) for our mitochondria to work, it is critical to have enough NAD+. As we age, NAD+ levels decline. The higher our NAD+ levels are, the better our cells function. At Root Cause Med Spa we offer two NAD+ modalities, depending on your needs.

NAD+ IV Drip

IV involves inserting an IV like all our other IV nutrient therapies. This is a 3-4 hour IV session; depending on what we are treating, can be used with specific protocols or as needed on a monthly basis.
